摘 要:鄂尔多斯盆地侏罗纪煤田矿井普遍受顶板砂岩水水害的威胁,疏放水工程量普遍较大,目前没有一定的布设方式、规范可供参考。在分析母杜柴登矿井30201工作面不同阶段疏放水量变化的基础上,结合研究区域范围内顶板砂岩水水害的特点,对不同属性的补给进行分析,得出顶板砂岩水静储量为前置疏放对象、动态补给为常态,并提出了包含4种连续控制手段、一种检验措施在内的“四控一检”顶板钻孔疏放水技术。首采工作面的实践表明,在保障工作面安全回采的基础上,采用“四控一检”的方法,能够使疏放水钻孔布置更加合理,可有效减少疏放水工程量,做到了降本增效,为顶板砂岩水水害矿井在安全高效生产方面提供了一定的借鉴和参考。The Jurassic coal mines in Ordos Basin are generally threatened by the water damage of roof sandstone,and the amount of water drainage engineering is generally large.At present,there is no certain layout mode and specification to be referenced.Based on the analysis of the variation of water volume in different stages of working face,combined with the characteristics of water disaster of roof sandstone in the region,the recharge with different attributes is analyzed,and the static water reserve of roof sandstone is the pre-drainage object,and the dynamic recharge is the normal.Four kinds of continuous control means and one inspection measure are used to optimize the dynamic drilling of water drainage.The results show that on the basis of ensuring the safety of mining face,the optimized method of “four control and one inspection” is adopted to make the layout of drainage boreholes more reasonable,which can effectively reduce the amount of water drainage and achieve cost reduction,safety and efficiency increase.It provides a certain reference for the safe and efficient production in mines with roof sandstone water hazard.
