摘  要:针对黄陵矿业公司一号煤矿1009综采工作面“110工法”智能开采模式下对胶带运输系统大运力、长距离、无中驱动、智能变频控制的需求,而传统异步电动机+CST系统的驱动结构又难以适应当前环境,从而创新应用永磁变频同步电动机直驱系统,探讨分析了永磁同步变频直驱系统结构组成、永磁电动滚筒的特点、变频智能驱动系统特点及优势。在此基础上,结合一号煤矿1009智能综采工作面实际应用和煤流负荷监测及调速系统进行升级改造。分析认为,智能永磁同步变频直驱系统在驱动性能、运输效率、检修维护、智能监测、节能降耗、动态调速、异物检测、智能化故障诊断等多方面具有优势,为“110工法”智能化综采工作面运输系统高效稳定、节能降耗起到支撑作用。In response to the demand for large capacity,long distance,no central drive,and intelligent variable frequency control of the belt conveyor system under the “110 construction method” intelligent mining mode of the 1009 fully mechanized mining face in the No.1 coal mine of Huangling Mining Company,the traditional drive structure of asynchronous motor+CST system is no longer suitable for the current environment.Through the innovative application of the permanent magnet variable frequency synchronous motor direct drive system,the structural composition of the permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct drive system,the characteristics of permanent magnet electric drum,and the advantages of variable frequency intelligent drive system are discussed and analyzed.Combined with the practical application of the 1009 intelligent mechanized mining face in No.1 Coal Mine and the upgrading and transformation of the coal flow load monitoring and speed regulation system,the intelligent permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct drive system has shown many advantages in driving performance,transportation efficiency,maintenance and repair,intelligent monitoring,energy conservation and consumption reduction,dynamic speed regulation,foreign object detection,intelligent fault diagnosis,etc,playing a supportive role in the efficient and stable,and energy-conserving and consumption-reducing operation of the transportation system for the “110 Construction Method” intelligent mechanized mining face.
