摘 要:通过对摊铺机与混合料相互作用理论研究可知,存在高效的振动频率范围,在此范围内沥青混合料容易被振实,沥青混合料获得较高的初压密实度。然而在实际施工中,摊铺机并没有频率测定的专用仪器,摊铺机通常采用档位或者百分比的方式调节振捣和振动频率,无法判断振动频率是否在与材料相适应的频率范围内,施工过程中的调节具有较大的盲目性。本文研究提出的摊铺机多频率振动监测系统,可以对摊铺机的振动频率进行实时监测,对施工过程进行指导,保证摊铺机高效工作。The theoretical research on the interaction between pavers and asphalt mixtures indicates the existence of an efficient vibration frequency range within which asphalt mixtures are easily compacted,achieving a higher initial compaction density.However,in actual construction,pavers do not have dedicated instruments for measuring frequency.Pavers typically adjust the vibration frequency using gears or percentage settings,making it difficult to determine if the vibration frequency falls within the optimal range for the material.This leads to significant uncertainty in adjustments during the construction process.The multi-frequency vibration monitoring system proposed in this paper can monitor the vibration frequency of pavers in real-time,guide the construction process,and ensure the efficient operation of the paver.
