摘 要:为助力数字化网格等典型场景落地,推进营销数字化转型,打造了能源互联网营销服务系统。随着营销服务系统业务的发展,利用移动掌机与用电户沟通的语音通话需求量逐步增大,文章采用人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)、自动呼叫分配、智能路由等技术搭建了一套集灵活部署、覆盖需求、智能服务、易于集成等特色的数字化网格语音平台,满足现场作业人员的通话需求和移动办公的需要,实现客户信息反馈和客户的及时跟踪。In order to support the implementation of typical scenarios in digital grid and promote the digital transformation of marketing,the energy Internet marketing service system has been built.With the development of the marketing service system business,the demand for voice calls to communicate with electric power consumers using mobile handset has gradually increased.This paper uses AI technology,automatic call distribution,intelligent routing and other technologies to build a digital grid voice platform with the characteristics of flexible deployment,coverage requirements,intelligent services,and easy integration to meet the call needs of onsite operators and mobile office needs,realize customer information feedback and timely customer tracking.
