“后冬运会”背景下呼伦贝尔市冰雪体育旅游产业高质量发展的实践路径

摘　　要：全国第十四届冬季运动会于2024年在内蒙古自治区成功举办。呼伦贝尔市作为“十四冬”开(闭)幕式举行地及赛事主要承办地,通过赛事向公众呈现了呼伦贝尔独有的冰雪资源,为世人留下了特有的文化印记,展现了绝无仅有的城市魅力。“后冬运会”背景下,呼伦贝尔市冰雪体育旅游产业在“热度”和“流量”未减之时,亟需推动呼伦贝尔市冰雪体育旅游产业持续发展,为呼伦贝尔市新质生产力的发展做出应有贡献。本文分析了呼伦贝尔市独特地理环境和气候条件以及呼伦贝尔市在冰雪体育旅游的天然优势。通过调查我国当前冰雪体育旅游市场需求及消费趋势,指出呼伦贝尔市冰雪体育旅游产业在产业结构优化、服务质量提升等方面存在的问题。当前,需要从加强基础设施建设、提高专业人才培养、深化产业融合等三个方面推动呼伦贝尔市冰雪体育旅游产业高质量发展。The 14th National Winter Games were successfully held in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2024.Hulunbuir,as the venue for holding the opening and closing ceremonies as well as major sports events during the Games,showcased Hulunbuir’s distinct ice and snow resources to the public through competitions,leaving a unique cultural imprint on the world and displaying an unparalleled urban charm.Under the background of the Winter Games,winter sports tourism in Hulunbuir is needed needs to promote sustainable development while the“heat”and“popularity”have not decreased to boost the development of new productive forces in Hulunbuir.To realize this aim,this article analyzes the unique geographical environment and climate conditions of Hulunbuir,as well as its natural advantages in the tourism of winter sports.By researching the current demand and consumption trends in the market of winter sports tourism in China,it is pointed out that there are problems in optimizing the industrial structure and improving service quality in this perspective in Hulunbuir.Currently,it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of winter sports tourism in Hulunbuir from three aspects:the development in infrastructure has to be strengthened,the professional talent training has to be improved,and the industrial integration has to be deepened.
