摘 要:铁尾矿是我国堆存量最大的尾矿,其长期大量排放造成了严重的环境污染和安全隐患,提高其资源化利用水平迫在眉睫。陶粒是一种新型人造轻骨料,因具有轻质高强、保温隔热、抗冻耐久等优异性能而被广泛应用于建筑、园林、化工等领域。本文根据铁尾矿的分布状况及基本性质,分析了利用铁尾矿取代天然原料生产陶粒的可行性,以提升铁尾矿的利用价值。详细论述了铁尾矿制备陶粒常用的烧胀和免烧两种生产工艺,着重阐述了铁尾矿烧胀陶粒在改善黏聚成球性、轻质高强性和保温隔热性等方面采取的措施。提出了在未来的研究中需要解决的问题和重要的发展方向。Iron tailings are the largest tailings in China,and their long-term large-scale discharge has caused serious environmental pollution and safety hazards.It is urgent to improve their resource utilization level.Ceramsite is a new type of artificial lightweight aggregate,which is widely used in architecture,garden,chemical industry and other fields because of its excellent properties such as light weight,high strength,thermal insulation,frost resistance and durability.According to the distribution and basic properties of iron tailings,this paper analyzes the feasibility of using iron tailings instead of natural raw materials to produce ceramsite,in order to enhance the utilization value of iron tailings.The paper discusses in detail the two production processes of sintering expansion and non-sintering for preparing ceramsit e from iron tailings,and emphatically expounds the measures adopted for improving the cohesion,light weight and high strength,heat preservation and insulation of ceramsite from iron tailings.The problems to be solved in future research and important development directions are proposed.
