摘　　要：目前,科氏质量流量计已成为各大石化企业、大型码头用于成品油或液体化工品交接的重要计量工具。但是,在成品油或液体化工品卸船过程中,由于受到操作工艺的影响,在卸载油品或液体化工品过程中,不可避免会混入大量空气,形成气液两相流,使用科氏质量流量计测量误差偏大。通过使用旋流式气液分离器集成科氏质量流量计的计量橇系统方案,实现消气和排气的目的,使质量流量计测量稳定精确,实现了使用科氏质量流量计用于成品油装船和卸船贸易交接过程的准确计量。At present,Coriolis mass flowmeter has become an important measuring tool for major petrochemical enterprises and large terminals for the handover of refined oil or liquid chemicals.However,due to the influence of the operation process in the unloading process of refined oil or liquid chemicals,in the process of unloading oil or liquid chemicals,a large amount of air-liquid flow will inevitably be mixed,and the measurement error of Coriolis mass flowmeter is large.Through the use of cyclone air-liquid separator,the author realizes the purpose of gas elimination and exhaust,and makes the mass flowmeter measurement stable and accurate.The accurate measurement of Coriolis mass flowmeter for the handover process of refined oil loading and unloading trade is realized.
