摘 要:针对含硼超低碳钢在精轧过程中经常出现甩尾的问题,分析了硼对热轧超低碳带钢轧制过程中精轧甩尾的影响机理,并提出了改进措施。结果表明:在超低碳钢中,微量硼元素的添加虽然对奥氏体区的高温强度和先共析铁素体相变的开始温度影响不明显,但阻碍了铁素体晶界的移动,降低了铁素体的高温塑性,在高应变条件下容易在铁素体相中生成微孔甚至裂纹,因此塑性变形过程中容易在两相区或者铁素体区轧制时造成延伸不均匀,增加了带钢精轧过程中的不稳定性。通过提高终轧温度和带钢横断面温度的均匀性、降低后机架带钢的应变程度、调整化学成分等措施,使含硼超低碳钢的甩尾现象得到了有效控制。Aiming at the problem of tail swinging of boron-containing ultra-low carbon steel in the process of finishing rolling,the influence mechanism of boron on tail swinging of hot rolled ultra-low carbon strip was analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.The results show that in ultra-low carbon steel,although the addition of trace boron has no obvious effect on the high temperature strength of austenitic zone and the beginning temperature of the phase transition of preeutectoid ferrite,it hinders the movement of ferrite grain boundaries,reduces the high temperature plasticity of ferrite,and easily generates micropores or even cracks in the ferrite phase under high stress conditions.Therefore,during the plastic deformation process,it is easy to cause uneven extension during rolling in two-phase or ferrite zone,which increases the instability of hot strip finishing rolling process.By increasing the final rolling temperature and the uniformity of the cross section temperature of the strip,reducing the strain degree of the back frame,adjusting the chemical composition and so on,the tail swinging phenomenon of the ultra-low carbon steel with boron has been effectively controlled.
