摘　　要：目的探讨同伴教育对食管癌放疗患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年5月在某三级甲等肿瘤医院放疗病区住院行放射治疗的食管癌患者131例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组(66例)和对照组(65例)。对照组患者接受常规的健康教育,而对干预组患者进行同伴教育。在放疗前(患者入院后第1天)、放疗中(放疗剂量达30Gy时)、放疗后(末次放疗结束后的次日)分别采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS)对两组患者进行问卷调查并比较。结果干预组患者的抑郁评分(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑评分(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论同伴教育能有效改善食管癌放疗患者的负性情绪。Objective To explore the influence of peer education on negative emotions in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy.Methods A total of 131 patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy in the radiotherapy ward of the hospital from July 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into intervention group(66 cases)and control group(65 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine health education,while patients in the intervention group received peer education.The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)was used to investigate and compare the two groups of patients before radiotherapy(the first day after admission),during radiotherapy(radiotherapy dose up to 30Gy)and after radiotherapy(the next day after the last radiotherapy).Results The scores of the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of intervention group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Peer education can effectively improve negative emotions of patients with esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy.
