摘　　要：目的探讨肺康复治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月收治的150例COPD患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(75例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(75例,常规西药+肺康复治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)水平及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、Borg评分均低于对照组,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平及动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、膈肌增厚分数(DTF)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺康复治疗在COPD患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 150 COPD patients admitted from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(75 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(75 cases,conventional western medicine+pulmonary rehabilitation therapy)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β)and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),Borg score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),diaphragm thickening fraction(DTF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with COPD has a significant application effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
