摘  要:以某车型后地板为研究对象,根据其结构提出了一种双拼成形工艺,并借助AutoForm软件对双拼成形工艺进行了全工序有限元分析。分析结果表明:后地板成形性、减薄率、起皱等各项评价指标均满足判断基准。基于双拼成形工艺方案进行后地板冲模设计与制造,经试模验证,一次性获得2件合格零件,利用蓝光扫描设备对样件进行全型面扫描,2个零件尺寸偏差均在±0.3 mm,符合批量生产质量要求,表明后地板双拼成形工艺可以有效提高材料利用率,并提升冲压生产效率。Taking the rear floor of a car as the research object,the double splicing process was proposed according to its structure,and the finite element analysis of the double splicing process was carried out with the help of AutoForm software,the analysis results showed that the formability,thinning rate,wrinkling and other evaluation indexes of the rear floor met the judgment criteria.The design and manufacture of the stamping die of rear floor based on the double splicing process scheme were verified by the die trial,and two qualified parts were obtained at once.The blue light scanning equipment was used to scan the parts with whole profiles,and the size deviation of the two parts was within±0.3 mm,which met the quality requirements of mass production.It showed that the double splicing process of the rear floor could effectively improve the material utilization rate and the production efficiency of stamping.
