摘  要:以某车型侧围外板D柱的贯穿饰板为例,饰板安装面与外观面形成高低差,过渡急剧,点焊焊钳空间需求有30mm的负翻边长度,采用常规侧整形工艺会产生起皱和开裂问题。在同步工程设计阶段逐一分析问题原因并制定相应对策,应用CAE软件模拟分析,通过采用侧夹料翻边工艺解决了长负翻边引起的起皱问题,并完成现场验证。Taking the D-pillar perfoliating trim plate of the side wall outer plate as an example,the height of mounting surface and the appearance surface of the trim plate was different,and the transition was sharp.Due to the requirement of negative flanging length of 30 mm for spot welding electrode holder,it would occur wrinkling and cracking by adopting conventional side sizing process.The problem were analyzed one by one and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated in the phase of synchronous engineering design,CAE software was applied to simulate analysis,and the wrinkling problem caused by long negative flanging was solved by using side clamping flanging process,and the field verification was completed.
