摘  要:为提高老式数控机床加工的生产率,缩短单件加工工时,制作了定角度刀具,以增大刀具切削量和提高切削速度,并改变了以往使用的分层铣削方式。经实际验证,定角度刀具提高了零件的加工效率,纯加工时间缩短了约54%,解决了管片模具型腔加工效率低的难题,同时降低了刀具成本。In order to improve the machining productivity of the old NC machine tool and shorten the working hours of a workpiece,a fixed angle tool was made to improve the cutting quantity and increase the cutting speed,and the layered milling method used in the past was changed.The actual verification showed that the fixed angle tool improved the machining efficiency of the parts,and the processing time had been reduced by about 54%,which solved the problem of poor machining efficiency of the segment die cavity and reduced the cost of the tool.
