摘  要:研究了生产实际中的液态硅橡胶组分、涂层张力、循环风机转速、涂层速度和搅拌方式等条件因素对涂层类安全气囊织物性能的影响。结果表明:涂层类安全气囊织物生产过程中,提高液态硅橡胶B组分比例、提高涂层张力、增大循环风机转速、降低涂层速度和手动搅拌液态硅橡胶有利于提高撕破强力和断裂强力。提高液态硅橡胶B组分比例、降低涂层张力、增大循环风机转速、降低涂层速度和手动搅拌液态硅橡胶有利于降低静态透气性。The influence of factors such as liquid silicone rubber components,coating tension,speed of the circulating fan,coating speed,and stirring method on the performance of coated airbag fabrics in actual production is studied.The results indicate that in the production process of coated airbag fabrics,the tear strength and tensile strength of coated airbag fabrics are improved during the production process by increasing the proportion of component B in the liquid silicone rubber,coating tension,speed of the circulating fan,while reducing the coating speed and manually stirring the liquid silicone rubber.Increasing the proportion of component B in the liquid silicone rubber,speed of the circulating fan,and reducing the coating tension and coating speed,as well as manually stirring the liquid silicone rubber,are beneficial for reducing the static air permeability.
