摘 要:信息时代,新兴技术蓬勃发展,新就业形态应运而生,对残疾劳动者的求职就业产生了深远影响。一方面,随着互联网经济发展,就业市场的要素变化在消除残疾人就业心理误区、弥合残障功能缺陷、提高职业技能水平和增强外界帮扶力量的精准性等方面有促进作用;另一方面,残疾人仍面临不同残疾类型间能力差距较大、从业稳定性差以及线上培训难以契合实际需求的现实困境。为提升残疾人的社会融合水平与就业质量,应以推动残疾人就业的理论为指导,准确梳理新就业形态对残疾人就业的影响,并通过求职心理疏导、从业环境优化、多主体协同帮扶机制和职业培训网站的改良等路径,拓展残疾群体参与社会就业的广度与深度。With the vigorous development of various emerging technologies in the information age,new employment forms emerge at the historic moment,which has a profound impact on the employment of disabled workers.On the one hand,based on the development of the internet economy,the changes of the elements of the job market have a positive effect on eliminating the psychological misunderstanding of the employment of the disabled,bridging the functional defects of the disabled,improving the level of vocational skills and enhancing the accuracy of external help forces.On the other hand,persons with disabilities are still faced with a large gap in employability among different types of disabilities,poor employment stability and difficulty in meeting actual needs of online training.In order to improve the level of social integration and employment quality of the disabled,it is necessary to take the theory of promoting the employment of persons with disabilities as the guidance,to accurately sort out the impact of new employment forms on the employment of persons with disabilities,and to break the fetters of persons with disabilities using new employment forms through psychological guidance,optimization of employment environment,construction of multi-subject collaborative assistance mechanisms and improvement of vocational training websites to expand the breadth and depth of this group's participation in social employment.
