摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,要加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济融合。数字经济发展和企业数字化转型是中国式现代化建设的关键。文章以工业经济1.0到工业经济4.0的发展为背景,分析产业生态化过程中企业结构与用工管理的变化。研究发现,企业的组织结构通过划小核算单位、去中心化管理实现了生态化转型。在新技术的支持下,生态化组织趋向于采用基于信任的用工管理系统,用以支撑平台上的各个独立核算单位。生态化组织实现了包含企业、劳动者在内的各利益主体的价值共创,带来了劳动者地位的提升。因此,分配方式将呈现多主体共享的新格局,有利于实现共建、共治、共享、共赢的新型用工关系。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the development of the digital economy and promote the integration of the digital technology with the traditional industry.It is an important way for China to realize Chinese modernization.This paper traces the development procedure from Industrial Economy 1.0 to Industrial Economy 4.0 as the background to analyze the changes in corporate structure and employment management in the process of industrial structure change.The poper illustrates that the organizational structure of enterprises has transformed into an ecological structure through small accounting units and decentralized management.With the support of new technologies,ecological organizations tend to support trust-based employment management systems on the platform.Ecological structure can achieve the value co-creation of stakeholders and improve the status of workers.Through the principle of keeping the equity between responsibility,power and benefit,this ecology structure is conducive to the realization of a co-construction,co-governance,sharing and win-win relationship.
