摘 要:为满足道路工程施工企业对稳定土的需求量并提升稳定土的生产质量,以稳定土搅拌装置结构与生产工艺流程为基础,文章设计了稳定土搅拌机搅拌装置计算机控制系统(以下简称“计算机控制系统”)。该系统包含2台分工不同的工业控制计算机,采用串行通信方式传输计算机间的关联数据。通过电子皮带秤上的称重传感器采集结合料称重计量数据并将其实时传输至计算机,有助于工作人员实时监控材料配比情况。系统工作状态以及搅拌机装置运行状态由I/O板传输至对应的计算机中,同时输出计算机对各装置的控制指令。各装置电机由PLC控制,采用骨料流量算法计算骨料在输送带中的输送流量。利用PID模糊控制算法自适应调整骨料输送流量及各装置运行速度,可控制搅拌装置生产优质的稳定土。系统测试结果表明,该系统可自动控制结合料配比与各搅拌机搅拌装置的协调运行;材料配比的控制误差小于1.25%,符合设计要求。In order to meet the demand of road construction enterprises for stable soil and improve the production quality of stable soil,based on the structure and production process of the stable soil mixing device,this article designs a computer control system(hereinafter referred to as the“computer control system”)for the mixing device of the stable soil mixer.The system consists of two industrial control computers with different division of labor,which transmit the associated data between computers through serial communication.Collecting the weighing data of the binder through the weighing sensor on the electronic belt scale and transmitting it to the computer in real time helps the staff to monitor the material ratio in real time.The working status of the system and the operation status of the mixer device are transmitted from the I/O board to the corresponding computer,and the computer outputs control instructions for each device.The motors of each device are controlled by PLC and the aggregate flow rate algorithm is used to calculate the conveying flow rate of aggregates in the conveyor belt.By using PID fuzzy control algorithm to adaptively adjust the aggregate conveying flow rate and the operating speed of each device,the mixing device can be controlled to produce high quality stable soil.The system test results show that the system can automatically control the ratio of binder and coordinate the operation of various mixing devices of the mixer.The control error of material ratio is less than 1.25%,which meets the design requirements.
