摘　　要：为高效率、高质量地完成一套信息系统的建设,项目管理工作是必不可少的。杭州市萧山区第三人民医院门急诊一体化项目的合同金额为400万元,工期为8个月。通过该项目的实施,实现了医院门诊、急诊病历的信息化和结构化,满足了医院各科室包括病历书写、诊断下达、处方开立、收费项目下达、检验开单、检查开单、诊间结算、疾病上报等日常诊疗工作的要求,并帮助医院通过了电子病历四级评审。文章以该项目为例,着重探讨了集成项目管理中进度管理的重要性,介绍了几种常用的进度管理方法,讲述了进度管理的七大过程:规划项目进度管理、定义活动、排列活动顺序、估算活动资源、估算活动持续时间、制定进度计划、进度控制。通过实际案例,分析了如何有效应用这些方法管理集成项目的进度。文章旨在为集成项目管理人员提供有用的参考,帮助他们更好地理解和实践进度管理,以确保项目按时交付。Project management is essential for the efficient and high-quality construction of an information system.The contract amount for the integrated outpatient and emergency department project of the Third People̓s Hospital of Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City is 4 million yuan,with a construction period of 8 months.Through the implementation of this project,the informatization and structuring of hospital outpatient and emergency medical records have been achieved,meeting the requirements of daily diagnosis and treatment work in various departments of the hospital,including medical record writing,diagnosis issuance,prescription issuance,fee item issuance,inspection and billing,inter diagnosis settlement,and disease reporting.It has also helped the hospital pass the four level evaluation of electronic medical records.The article takes this project as an example and focuses on exploring the importance of schedule management in integrated project management.It introduces several commonly used schedule management methods and discusses the seven major processes of schedule management:planning project schedule management,defining activities,arranging activity sequence,estimating activity resources,estimating activity duration,developing schedule plans,and controlling progress.Through practical cases,we analyzed how to effectively apply these methods to manage the progress of integration projects.The article aims to provide useful references for integrated project management personnel,helping them better understand and practice schedule management to ensure timely project delivery.
