摘  要:蔬菜富含多种营养成分,是日常生活不可缺少的必需品。在蔬菜种植过程中为了降低病虫害的发病率和负面影响,提高蔬菜产量,通常会使用农药和化肥,但有时会出现农药残留等现象。随着人们对健康的关注度越来越高,对蔬菜的安全性也提出了更高的要求,因此对无公害蔬菜的需求越来越大,因此可加大无公害蔬菜的种植面积,通过科学手段提高蔬菜产量。该文简要分析了无公害蔬菜的栽培技术和病虫害防治技术,以供相关专业人员参考。Vegetables are rich in a variety of nutrients,is an indispensable necessity of the daily life.In order to reduce the incidence and negative effects of pests and diseases and improve vegetable production,pesticides and chemical fertilizers are usually used in the process of vegetable planting,but sometimes pesticide residues occur.As people pay more and more attention to health,higher requirements are put forward for the safety of vegetables,so the demand for pollution-free vegetables is increasing.Therefore,the planting area of pollutionfree vegetables can be increased,and the yield of vegetables can be improved by scientific means.This paper briefly analyzed the cultivation techniques and pests and diseases control techniques of pollution-free vegetables to provide reference for relevant professionals.
