摘  要:真菌类中药是中药的重要组成部分,其有效成分具有一定程度的相似性。大部分真菌类药材均含有蛋白、多糖及小分子化合物,具有多种功效。雷丸为白蘑科真菌雷丸(Omphalia lapidescens Schroet.)的干燥菌核,其传统应用以杀虫消积为主。现代研究表明雷丸的主要有效成分包括蛋白类、多糖类及小分子化合物等,具有杀虫、抗肿瘤、增强免疫功能、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用。本文通过查阅相关文献,对雷丸的化学成分、药理作用以及质量控制等方面进行综述,并对《中华人民共和国药典》中真菌类药材的质量标准现状进行总结,以期在前人研究的基础上,为雷丸的深入研究以及真菌类药材质量标准的完善提供参考。Fungal traditional Chinese medicines are important part of traditional Chinese medicine,which have similar active ingredients.Most fungal traditional Chinese medicines contain proteins,polysaccharides,and small molecule compounds,which have multiple effects.Leiwan is the dried sclerotia of Tricholomataceae fungus Omphalia lapidescens Schroet,and its traditional application is mainly to expel insects.Modern research showed that the main active ingredients of Leiwan include protein,polysaccharide,and small molecular compounds,which have pharmacological effects such as killing insects,anti-tumor,enhancing immune function,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,etc.This article reviews the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and quality control of Leiwan by reviewing relevant literature.Current quality standards for fungal traditional Chinese medicines in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia were summarized,with the aim of providing reference for the in-depth study of Leiwan and the improvement of quality standards for fungal medicinal materials.
