摘　　要：目的分析比色卡技术指导出血量监测对水介质下脊柱微创手术中控制出血的应用效果。方法按回顾分析法选取2022年8月-2024年2月新疆生产建设兵团医院骨科45例在水介质下行脊柱微创手术患者作为此次研究对象,在手术过程中,选择比色卡法技术指导术中出血量,得出的结果与术后血常规预估出血量进行对比,分析比色卡法结果的准确性。结果比色卡技术与血常规法预估术中出血量比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);比色卡技术AUC值为0.546、灵敏度为0.200、特异度为0.933、约登指数为0.133、最佳阈值为85.800。结论水介质下脊柱微创手术中通过比色卡技术指导可获得较高价值,与血常规法比较,更加简便、快速,能够有效控制术中出血量,达到监测出血量指导效果,及时控制出血,有助于手术医师、麻醉医师在短时间内予以针对性治疗,故值得临床应用及推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of colorimetric card technology-guided bleeding monitoring on controlling blood in minimally invasive spinal surgery under water media.Methods Forty-five patients who underwent minimally invasive spinal surgery under aqueous media in the orthopedic department of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the subjects of the present study according to retrospective analysis.During the surgical process,the colorimetric card method technique was chosen to guide the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and the results obtained were compared with the predicted amount of bleeding from postoperative blood counts,so as to analyze the accuracy of the results of the colorimetric card method.Results There was no statistically significant comparison between the colorimetric card technique and the blood routine method for the estimation of intraoperative bleeding(P>0.05);the AUC value of the colorimetric card technique was 0.546,the sensitivity was 0.200,the specificity was 0.933,the Jordon's index was 0.133,and the optimal threshold was 85.800.Conclusion The guidance of minimally invasive spinal surgery by the colorimetric card technique under the aqueous medium can obtain a higher value,and is more effective in comparison with the blood routine method.Comparison of blood routine method,more simple,fast,can effectively control intraoperative bleeding,to achieve the effect of monitoring bleeding guidance,timely control of bleeding,help surgeons,anesthesiologists in a short period of time to be targeted treatment,so it is worth the clinical application and promotion.
