封闭式负压吸引配合湿润烧伤膏治疗老年性压疮临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究封闭式负压吸引配合湿润烧伤膏(MEB0)治疗老年性压疮的效果。方法选择2022年1月-2023年8月到天津二七二医院治疗的老年性压疮患者50例,运用随机数字分组法分为研究组、对照组,单组25例,对照组采取封闭式负压吸引疗法,研究组采取封闭式负压吸引+湿润烧伤膏疗法,分析治疗效果、受压部位皮肤状态(颜色、弹性、形态、温度)、疼痛感、创面感染水平(CRP、PCT以及ESR)。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后3d、7d、14d研究组VAS评分、瘢痕评分低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组受压部位皮肤状态优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后研究组创面感染水平低于对照组,P<0.05。结论运用封闭式负压吸引+湿润烧伤膏疗法对老年性压疮治疗,可改善创面感染水平、受压部位皮肤状态,降低患者疼痛感,提升治疗效果,建议运用。Objective To study the effect of closed negative pressure suction combined with MEBO in the treatment of senile pressure ulcer.Methods Fifty patients with senile pressure ulcer were selected to be treated in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023,and were named as study group and control group by random number grouping method,with 25 cases in each group,closed negative pressure aspiration therapy in the control group and closed negative pressure aspiration+MEBO therapy in the study group.Treatment effect,skin status(color,elasticity,shape,temperature),pain perception,and wound infection level(CRP,PCT,and ESR)were analyzed.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;the VAS score and scar score of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 3d,7d and 14d after treatment,P<0.05;the skin status of the pressure part of the study group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;after treatment,the level of wound infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of closed negative pressure suction plus MEBO therapy in the treatment of senile pressure ulcer can improve the level of wound infection,the skin condition of the pressure site,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the treatment effect.
