基于PEWS评分记录栏的干预应用于小儿肺炎中对通气功能及症状改善的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于儿童早期预警系统(PEWS)评分记录栏的干预应用于小儿肺炎中对通气功能及症状改善的效果。方法选择2021年10月-2023年10月无锡市儿童医院收治的小儿肺炎患儿118例,随机分为两组,每组各59例。对照组实施常规干预,研究组实施基于PEWS评分记录栏的干预。比较两组干预前后肺通气功能、临床症状改善情况、并发症发生率及护理记录缺陷发生率。结果干预后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC与FEV_(1)/FVC指标明显提升,且研究组提升幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、气促、喘息与哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理记录缺陷总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PEWS评分记录栏的干预可改善小儿肺炎患儿肺通气功能及临床症状,减少并发症,降低护理记录缺陷发生率。Objective To explore the effect of intervention based on the early warning system for children(PEWS)score record columnon improving ventilation function and symptoms in children with pneumonia.Method 118 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received intervention based on the PEWS score record column.Compare the pulmonary ventilation function,clinical symptom improvement,incidence of complications,and incidence of nursing record defects between two groups before and after intervention.Result After intervention,the FEV_(1),FVC,and FEV_(1)/FVC indicators in both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,wheezing,and wheezing rale in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of nursing record defects in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion Interventions based on the PEWS score record column can improve pulmonary ventilation function and clinical symptoms in children with pneumonia,reduce complications,and lower the incidence of nursing record defects.
