摘　　要：目的探讨“互联网+护理服务”在尿路造口患者居家延续护理中的构建及应用效果。方法上海市浦东新区公利医院作为医疗体牵头单位于2022年构建了“互联网+护理服务”模式,与下设五家社区服务中心构建护理团队,开展相关培训考核及准备工作,明确了服务内容及流程,为出院后尿路造口患者提供居家延续护理。结果2023年1月-2023年6月共开展了63例尿路造口患者居家延续护理,尿路造口患者护理效果满意度达到了98%,无不良事件发生,同时也有效提升了护士的价值感与成就感。结论“互联网+护理服务”模式的运行帮助尿路造口患者足不出户即可享受医院同质化护理服务,提高了尿路造口患者的满意度,值得深入研究和推广。Objective To explore the construction and application effect of"Internet plus nursing service"in continuous home care for urostomy patients.Methods Our hospital,as the leading unit of the medical body,established the"Internet plus nursing service"model in 2022,and established a nursing team with five community service centers,carried out relevant training,assessment and preparation work,defined the service content and process,and provided continuous home care for urostomy patients after discharge.Result From January 2023 to June 2023,a total of 63 patients with urinary tract stomas received home care.The satisfaction rate of nursing care for patients with urinary tract stomas reached 98%,with no adverse events occurring.This also effectively improved the nurses'sense of value and achievement.Conclusion The operation of the"Internet plus nursing service"mode helps urostomy patients to enjoy hospital homogenized nursing services without leaving home,and improves the satisfaction of urostomy patients,which is worthy of in-depth research and promotion.
