充气式保温毯联合保温管理对全身麻醉下腹腔镜手术患者苏醒质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究充气式保温毯联合保温管理对全身麻醉下腹腔镜手术患者苏醒质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月-2023年12月天津市南开医院收治的90例全麻下腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各45例,对照组常规保暖复苏,观察组在对照组的基础上采用充气式保温毯联合保温管理,对比两组相关临床指标。结果观察组各项围手术期指标均优于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率远低于对照组;观察组苏醒质量优于对照组;观察组各项应激指标均低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉下腹腔镜手术患者采用充气式保温毯联合保温管理能够有效改善患者的围手术期指标,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of aerated thermal blanket combined with thermal management on the recovery quality of patients with general anesthesia laparoscopy.Methods A total of 90 patients from January to December 2023 under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45),the control group received routine warm recovery,while the observation group received an inflatable insulation blanket combined with insulation management on the basis of the control group,comparison of the two groups of related clinical indicators.Results All the indexes of perioperative period in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,and the quality of resuscitation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,all the stress indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of an inflatable thermal blanket combined with thermal management for patients under general anesthesia can effectively improve perioperative laparoscopy and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
