超声引导下射频联合加味独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究超声引导下射频联合加味独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎(K0A)的临床价值。方法选取2022年1月-2023年3月江西省玉山县中医院接收的60例肝肾亏虚型K0A患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=30)、试验组(n=30),对照组予以加味独活寄生汤治疗,基于此,试验组联合超声引导下射频治疗,随访3个月;比较两组治疗后1个月、3个月时疗效;于治疗前、后,比较两组疼痛度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、膝关节功能[西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)];并比较两组不良反应情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗后1个月、3个月疗效更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分、WOMAC评分均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下射频联合加味独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型KOA可提高疗效,减轻疼痛度,提高膝关节功能。Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency combined with Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with KOA with liver and kidney deficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,namely control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30),and the control group was treated with Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Based on this,the experimental group was combined with radiofrequency therapy guided by ultrasound and followed up for 3 months.The curative effect of the two groups was compared at 1 month and 3 months after treatment.Pain degree[visual analogue score(VAS)]and knee function[Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher curative effect 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and WOMAC score were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided radiofrequency combined with Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can improve the curative effect,reduce the pain and improve the knee joint function in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency KOA.
