摘　　要：文章聚焦于我国房地产企业的独特性,探讨了房地产企业在生产经营过程中的政策不确定风险、市场波动性风险、债务可持续性风险、现金流能力风险和经营能力风险.文章详细剖析了这些风险的根源和表现形式,并在此基础上,构建了我国房地产企业的风险应对机制,以更好地推进我国房地产企业的健康与稳定发展.This article centers on the distinct characteristics of Chinese real estate enterprises,examining the policy uncertainty risks,market volatility risks,debt sustainability risks,cash flow capability risks,and operational capability risks that these companies face in their production and operation processes.The article provides a thorough analysis of the origins and manifestations of these risks,and on this basis,constructs a risk handle mechanism for Chinese real estate enterprises to better promote the healthy and stable development of Chinese real estate enterprises.
