摘　　要：目的探讨一次性宫腔球囊压迫止血法在剖宫产产后出血患者中的止血效果。方法选取2020年5月至2023年4月我院收治的80例剖宫产产后出血患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用B-Lynch缝合止血法,观察组采用一次性宫腔球囊压迫止血法。比较两组止血效果、出血量及血液动力学指标。结果观察组止血总有效率高于对照组,产后2h、24 h出血量低于对照组,治疗后TT、APTT及PT短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性宫腔球囊压迫止血法用于剖宫产产后出血患者的止血效果较佳,可减少患者出血量,改善血液动力学指标。Objective To explore the hemostatic effect of disposable intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage afer cesarean section in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received B-Lynch suture hemostasis,while the observation group received disposable intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis.The hemostatic effect,blood loss,and hemodynamic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the 2-hour and 24-hour postpartum blood loss were lower than those in the control group,and the TT,APTT and PT after treatment were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Disposable intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis has better hemostatic effect for patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,which can reduce the blood loss,and improve the hemodynamic indicators.
