摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜手术对腰椎间隙感染患者腰椎功能、疼痛程度及炎性反应的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年6月我院收治的腰椎间隙感染患者110例,按术式不同分为对照组(58例,传统开放手术)和研究组(52例,经皮椎间孔镜手术)。比较两组的腰椎功能、疼痛程度及炎性指标[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]。结果术后3个月,研究组的VAS评分、ODI评分及血清PCT、CRP、ESR水平低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统开放手术相比,经皮椎间孔镜手术可明显改善腰椎间隙感染患者的腰椎功能,降低疼痛程度,减轻炎性反应。Objective To explore the impact of percutaneous intervertebral endoscopic surgery on lumbar function,pain degree and inflammatory response in patients with lumbar interbody infection.Methods 110 patients with lumbar interbody infection admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group(58 cases,traditional open surgery)and study group(52 cases,percutaneous intervertebral endoscopic surgery)according to different surgical methods.The lumbar function,pain degree and inflammatory indicators(ESR,CRP,PCT)were compared between two groups.Results 3 months after surgery,the VAS score,ODI score,serum PCT,CRP and ESR levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open surgery,percutaneous intervertebral endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the lumbar function,and reduce the pain degree and inflammatory response in patients with lumbar interbody infection.
