摘　　要：目的探讨官桂蒲黄汤联合氯米芬对排卵障碍性不孕症患者性激素水平及妊娠率的影响。方法将64例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为参照组和研究组各32例。参照组给予氯米芬治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用官桂蒲黄汤治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者的优势卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平及妊娠率。结果治疗后,研究组优势卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组LH、E_(2)、FSH水平均高于参照组(P<0.05)。随访期间,研究组妊娠率为62.50%,高于参照组的34.38%(P<0.05)。结论官桂蒲黄汤联合氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者可明显提升其卵泡质量,促进子宫内膜生长,调节其性激素水平,提高其妊娠率。Objective To explore the impact of Guangui Puhuang Decoction combined with clomifene on sex hormone levels and pregnancy rate in patients with anovulatory infertility.Methods 64 patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with clomifene,and the study group was treated with Guangui Puhuang Decoction on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The dominant follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the dominant follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LH,E_(2) and FSH levels of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the pregnancy rate of the study group was 62.50%,higher than 34.38%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Guangui Puhuang Decoction combined with clomifene can significantly improve the follicle quality,promote the growth of endometrium,regulate the sex hormone levels,and improve the pregnancy rate in patients with anovulatory infertility.
