摘　　要：目的探讨金蝉止痒颗粒结合枸地氯雷他定治疗对慢性湿疹患者皮肤屏障功能、血清相关指标的影响。方法选择我院2022年1月至2023年3月收治的100例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用枸地氯雷他定胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用金蝉止痒颗粒治疗。对比两组临床疗效、皮肤屏障功能、血清相关指标及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TEWL、TNF-α水平低于对照组,SC、WCSC、IL-2、IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论金蝉止痒颗粒结合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹患者可显著增强临床疗效,修复皮肤屏障功能,改善炎性反应,有效调节血清相关指标水平,且用药安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Jinchan Zhiyang Granules combined with desloratadine citrate disodium on skin barrier function and serum related indicators in patients with chronic eczema.Methods 100 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium capsules,and the observation group was treated with Jinchan Zhiyang Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin barrier function,serum related indicators,and adverse reactions were compare between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TEWL and TNF-αlevels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SC,WCSC,IL-2 and IFN-γ levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Jinchan Zhiyang Granules combined with desloratadine citrate disodium in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,repair the skin barrier function,improve the inflammatory response,and effectively regulate the levels of serum related indicators,with higher drug safety.
