改良Nice结联合接骨板内固定术对掌指骨斜形骨折患者手指功能恢复情况及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨改良Nice结联合接骨板内固定术对掌指骨斜形骨折患者手指功能恢复情况及并发症的影响。方法将60例掌指骨斜形骨折患者根据治疗方式不同分为参照组和观察组各30例。参照组采用克氏针内固定术治疗,观察组采用改良Nice结联合接骨板内固定术治疗。比较两组围术期指标、手指功能恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果与参照组相比,观察组手术时间、住院时间较短,术中出血量较少,Dargan功能优良率较高,并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论改良Nice结联合接骨板内固定术治疗掌指骨斜形骨折患者,可明显缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少其术中出血量,促进其手指功能恢复,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the impact of modified Nice knot combined with bone plate internal fixation on finger function recovery and complications in patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fractures.Methods 60 patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fractures were divided into reference group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with modified Nice knot combined with bone plate internal fixation.The perioperative indicators,finger function recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the excellent and good rate of Dargan function was higher,and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Nice knot combined with bone plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fractures,can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,promote the finger function recovery,and reduce the complications.
