摘　　要：目的探讨炎琥宁注射液对轮状病毒(RV)感染性腹泻患儿白介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及心肌酶水平的影响。方法将2020年11月至2022年11月我院收治的96例RV感染性腹泻患儿随机分为两组各48例。对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用炎琥宁注射液治疗,两组均治疗5d。比较两组的血清炎性因子、心肌酶乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6、CRP、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论炎琥宁注射液能够有效控制RV感染性腹泻患儿的炎性因子水平,改善心肌酶指标,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the impact of Yanhuning injection on interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and myocardial enzyme levels in children with rotavirus(RV)infectious diarrhea.Methods 96 children with RV infectious diarrhea admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin injection,while the observation group was treated with Yanhuning injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 5 days.The serum inflammatory factors,myocardial enzymes[lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,CRP,LDH,CK and CK-MB levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusions Yanhuning Injection can effectively control the levels of inflammatory factors in children with RV infectious diarrhea,and improve the myocardial enzyme indicators,which is safe and reliable.
