基层党建引领乡村振兴的提升路径研究——以江苏X市为例

摘　　要：实现乡村振兴离不开党的坚强领导,基层党组织是乡村振兴的引领力量和重要保障。本文坚持问题导向,通过对江苏X市的实证调研发现,乡村基层党组织在引领乡村振兴过程中存在政治引领力不足、发展推动力较弱、人才驱动力不强和群众组织力不高等现实问题。针对这一困境,本文提出要强化基层党组织建设,巩固政治基石;助力乡村产业发展,夯实经济基础;激发党员干部内生动力,发挥“头雁”领航作用;构建乡村治理多元参与机制,汇集发展强大合力;从而激活“雁阵效应”,切实发挥基层党建的引领作用,助力乡村振兴。The realization of rural revitalization is inseparable from the strong leadership of the Party.Community-level Party construction is the leading force and an important guarantee of rural revitalization.Adopting a problem-specific orientation and through an empirical investigation of X City in Jiangsu,this paper finds that in the process of Community-level Party construction-led rural revitalization,there are practical problems such as insufficient political leadership,weak development impetus,weak talent-based driving force and poor mass organization.In view of this dilemma,we should strengthen the construction of Community-level organizations and consolidate the political foundation,focus on expanding and strengthening local industries and consolidate the material foundation,stimulate the internal motivation of party members and cadres to play the leading role of“head goose”,and build a multi-participation mechanism to strike strong synergy for development,so that the“wild goose queue effect”can be activated to help rural revitalization.
