摘  要:转底炉已经成为冶金固废尤其是含铁含锌尘泥处置的优选工艺设备。针对该工艺系统中的风机配置及存在的问题做了介绍,对比分析了污泥干燥除尘系统、生球烘干除尘系统和转底炉燃烧系统等几个典型子系统的风机节能改造对策,详细阐述节能改造实践中的关键点和节能技术的适用性,为冶金行业转底炉风机系统节能指明了方向。Rotary hearth furnace has become the preferred process equipment for the disposal of metallurgical solid waste,especially the dust and mud containing iron and zinc.The fan configuration and existing problems in the process system were introduced,the energy-saving transformation countermeasures of several typical subsystems such as sludge drying and dust removal system,green ball drying and dust removal system and rotary hearth furnace combustion system were compared and analysed,and the key points in energy-saving transformation practice and the applicability of energy-saving technology were elaborated in detail,which points out the direction for energy saving of rotary hearth furnace fan system in metallurgical industry.
