摘　　要：第十四届全国冬季运动会在内蒙古自治区的举办,开启了内蒙古自治区冰雪产业腾飞的新纪元。该文立足于内蒙古冰雪旅游产业现状,发现当前冰雪旅游产品结构不优、没有统一行业标准与生态保护制度、市场品牌影响力有待提升、公共服务与人力资源保障不足。为进一步提升发展质量,提出协同推进政策创新,做优冰雪产业链,强化环保法治建设;以冰雪赛事为基础,实现参与群体大众化;做大冰雪旅游品牌,做强冰雪人才培养提升服务质量;加强冰雪旅游产业内外联动,为实现冰雪旅游产业高质量发展提供决策依据。The 14th National Winter Olympic Games held in Inner Mongolia opened a new era for the ice and snow industry to take off in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Based on the current situation of Inner Mongolia's ice and snow tourism industry,the study found that the current structure of snow and ice tourism products is not optimal,there is no unified in-dustry standard and ecological protection system;the influence of the market brand is yet to be improved;and public ser-vices and human resources are insufficiently safeguarded.In order to further enhance the quality of development,it is pro-posed to collaboratively promote policy innovation,optimize the ice and snow industry chain,strengthen the construction of environmental protection and the rule of law;based on the ice and snow tournaments,realize the participation of groups of the public;make the ice and snow tourism brand bigger,strengthen the cultivation of ice and snow talents to improve the quality of service;strengthen the internal and external linkage of the ice and snow tourism industry,and provide the basis for decision-making to realize the high-quality development of the ice and snow tourism industry.
