摘　　要：伴随着中国经济的高速发展,各项体育运动的国际竞争力日益提高,其中以冰雪运动为代表,在亚洲冰雪运动比赛过程中,日韩国际的垄断地位被打破,中国的冰雪运动员逐渐在各大赛事中崭露头角。2022北京冬奥会极大提高了国民对于冰雪运动的热爱,但同时也暴露出中国现阶段冰雪运动竞技后备人才培养模式仍存在一些问题,为此亟须对中国冰雪体育运动竞技后备人才培养模式进行创新。Along with the rapid development of China's economy,the international competitiveness of various sports is in-creasing day by day,including ice and snow sports,represented by the ice and snow sports competitions in Asia,the monopoly of Japan and South Korea has been broken,and Chinese ice and snow athletes are gradually emerging in major events.2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games has greatly increased the love of the people for ice and snow sports,but at the same time it also exposes the current stage of China's ice and snow sports.The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games has greatly increased the national love for ice and snow sports,but also exposed that there are still some problems in the current ice and snow sports reserve talents training mode in China,which is urgently needed to innovate China's ice and snow sports reserve talent training mode.
