摘　　要：在当代社会,体育教育早已不再局限于传统的体能训练和运动竞技,更注重培养学生全面发展和团队协作能力。与此同时,随着社会的多元化和文化的交融,传统的民族体育项目逐渐引起人们的关注。这些项目承载着丰富的文化内涵和传统价值,成为体育教学中引人瞩目的一部分。该文通过文献综述、实地调查、案例分析等方法,深入挖掘民族传统团队项目的教学应用,提出具体的改革方案。研究发现,民族传统团队项目在提升学生运动参与度方面具有重要的潜力,能够丰富体育教学内容,增强学生的体育兴趣,培养学生的团队协作意识。通过这一研究,可以更好地理解和应用传统文化体育项目,为提高大学生的身心健康水平和运动参与度提供有益的借鉴。In the contemporary society,physical education is no longer limited to the traditional physical training and sports competition,but also pays more attention to cultivating students'all-round development and teamwork ability.At the same time,with the diversity of the society and the integration of culture,traditional ethnic sports items have gradually attracted people's attention.These items carry rich cultural connotations and traditional values,and have become an atractive part of physical education teaching.The paper digs deeper into the teaching application of ethnic traditional team projects and puts forward specific reform programs by means of literature review,field investigation and case analysis.The study found that the ethnic traditional team project has important potential in improving students'participation in sports,which can enrich the content of physical education,enhance students'interest in sports,and cultivate students'sense of teamwork.Through this study,traditional cultural sports programs can be better understood and applied to provide useful reference for improving the physical and mental health and sports participation of college students.
