体育干预对青年女性足底压强分布特征的影响研究

摘　　要：该文主要探讨体育干预对青年女性畸形步姿足底压强分布特点,为理论教学和探寻适宜体育干预方式来矫正畸形步姿提供依据。利用足底压力测试系统Footscan 7,对外八字和内八字步姿共30名受试者行走时足底压强数据进行采集,采用SPSS21.0软件对数据进行分析。研究结果,经6周体育干预后,内八字步姿受试者体育干预后右脚的Meta1、Heel2部位的压强显著降低。外八字步姿受试者右脚Toe1和Heel1部压强显著减小,Heel2部位的压强显著增加。得出结论,经6周体育干预后,畸形步姿受试者足底压强分布得到良好改善,体育干预可在一定程度上改善下肢力学特征,减少下肢运动损伤的发生概率。The paper aims to explore the characteristics of plantar pressure distribution of deformed gait in young women af-ter sports intervention,which provides a basis for theoretical teaching and exploration of appropriate physical intervention methods to correct deformed gait.Footscan 7,a plantar pressure testing system,was used to collect plantar pressure data from 30 subjects walking in the figure-of-eight and figure-of-eight gait postures,and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software.The results shows that after 6 weeks of sports intervention,the pressure of Metal and Heel2 of the right foot subjects with the inner figure-of-eight gait was significantly reduced,the pressure of Toel and Heell of the right foot of the subjects with the outer figure-of-eight gait was significantly reduced,but the pressure of Heel2 was significantly increased.It is concluded that the plantar pressure distribution of subjects with malformed gait was well improved after 6 weeks of sports intervention,and the physical intervention could improve the mechanical characteristics of the lower limbs to a certain extent and reduce the probability of lower limb sports injuries.
