摘 要:为了更好地控制污染物排放及环境温度,在满足设计要求的前提下,本文结合工程实际情况对工业厂房内热源及粉尘排放进行适当简化,并结合计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,耦合温度和污染物扩散模型,通过模拟工业厂房内送风筒在运行过程中出现的不同程度的堵塞现象,进而分析焊接烟尘的释放对整个工业厂房内流场、温度场及粉尘浓度场分布的影响。结果表明,随着送风筒运行条件的恶化,送风筒阻力不断增大,送风量相应减小,环境温度和粉尘浓度越来越高,直接影响工作人员的身体健康,在保证人员所处工作环境满足国家标准的前提下,确定了厂房内送风筒最小值,即最佳反吹时间点。Order to better control pollutant discharge and environmental temperature control,on the premise of meeting the design requirements,this paper appropriately simplified the heat source and dust discharge in the actual plant based on the actual engineering conditions,combined with the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,coupled with the temperature and pollutant diffusion model,and simulated the operation of the air supply duct in the industrial plant.The influence of the release of welding smoke on the distribution of fow field,temperature field and dust concentration field in the whole industrial plant is analyzed.The results show that with the deterioration of the operating conditions of the air supply duct,the resistance of the air supply duct continues to increase,the air supply volume decreases correspondingly,and the ambient temperature and dust concentration get higher and higher,which directly affects the health of the staff On the premise of ensuring that the working environment of the staff meets the national standards,the minimum value of the air supply duct in the factory is determined,that is,the best time point for back blowing.
