摘 要:一氧化氮(NO)作为人体内重要的二级信使,在多种生理过程中起到关键作用,对其高灵敏度、高选择性的在体检测至关重要。基于电化学方法快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,本研究提出了基于还原氧化石墨烯-MXene三维复合材料修饰碳纤维超微电极的NO检测方法。利用碳纤维超微电极极小的体积、良好的生物相容性和较高的灵敏度等优点,最大限度的减小电极本身对生物体的刺激和损伤。利用还原氧化石墨烯-MXene复合材料大的比表面积、高电导率、丰富的多孔结构及金纳米材料对NO的高催化性能,聚苯胺和聚邻苯二氨的高导电性和分子过滤性能,提高了电极的灵敏度和选择性。测得NO的线性检测范围为0.11~235.67μmol/L(R^(2)=0.998),检出限(S/N=3)为16.8 nmol/L,灵敏度为0.23 nA/(μmol/L)。该电极对抗坏血酸、多巴胺等体内常见干扰物没有响应,具有较强的抗干扰能力。As an important secondary messenger in human body,nitric oxide(NO)plays a key role in a variety of physiological processes.It is necessary to detect NO in vivo with high sensitivity and selectivity.Based on the rapid,accurate and highly sensitive electrochemical methods,this study proposed a carbon fiber ultramicroelectrode modified by reduced graphene oxide(rGO)-MXene composite for NO detection.Carbon fiber ultramicroelectrode possessed the advantages of small volume,good biocompatibility and high sensitivity,which would decrease the stimulation and damage to organism.The sensitivity and selectivity of the electrode were improved by using the large specific surface area,high conductivity and abundant porous structure of the rGO-MXene composite,the high catalytic performance of gold nanomaterials for NO,the high electrical conductivity and molecular filtration performance of polyaniline and polyphthalamine.The linear detection range of NO was 0.11μmol/L-235.67μmol/L(R^(2)=0.998),the detection limit was 16.8 nmol/L(S/N=3),and the sensitivity was 0.23 nA/(μmol/L).The electrode did not respond to common interferences in the body such as ascorbic acid and dopamine,and had strong anti-interference ability.
