摘 要:目前城轨设备维修周期的制定过于依赖设备维修指导手册、行业维修经验等,主观性较强,基于此,提出一种基于可靠性的城轨设备定期维修方法。构建一种考虑外部环境影响的可靠性评估模型以准确描述城轨设备的可靠性变化趋势;为优化城轨设备的定期维修周期大小,构建基于维修成本最小化的定期维修模型。以某地铁自动扶梯设备实际故障数据进行实例分析,结果表明,考虑外部环境影响的可靠性评估模型具有更小的残差平方和误差,其能准确表征外部温度、湿度对该自动扶梯运行状态的影响,且所提出的定期维修模型可使该自动扶梯在730天内节约维修成本约4220元,维修成本减少约11.72%。相关研究结果为城轨设备维修维护提供一定参考依据。At present,the formulation of urban rail equipment maintenance cycle is subjective and it overly relies on maintenance guidance manuals,maintenance experience and so on.Based on this,a reliability based regular maintenance method of urban rail equipment is proposed in this paper.A reliability assessment model considering the external environment impact is constructed to accurately describe the reliability trend of urban rail equipment.In addition,a regular maintenance model based on the minimization of maintenance cost is constructed to optimize the regular maintenance cycle.This paper uses the actual fault data of a metro escalator equipment for analysis.The result shows that the reliability assessment model considering the external environmental impact has a smaller sum of squares error,and it can accurately express the impact of external temperature and humidity on operating state of the escalator equipment.Moreover,the proposed regular maintenance model can save the maintenance cost of the escalator equipment by about 4220 RMB Yuan and reduce the maintenance cost by about 11.72%within 730 days.The research result of this paper can provide a reference for the maintenance of urban rail equipment.
