摘　　要：陈志潜先生是中国近现代农村卫生体系和公共卫生体系的开创者,其卫生实践历程与理念久经检验,时至今天仍启发着我们的卫生体系建设。通过研读《中国农村之医学——我的记述》一书,系统回顾陈志潜先生的卫生实践和卫生体系建设理念,将陈志潜先生的卫生实践启示总结为:政府发挥主导作用建设公共卫生体系,以人为本、立足国情实际开展卫生工作。Mr.Chen Zhiqian is a pioneer of modern and contemporary rural health systems and public health systems in China.His health practices and ideas have been thoroughly tested and continue to inspire our health system development to this day.By researching the book Medicine in Rural China:A Personal Account,it systematically summarizes Mr.Chen Zhiqian’s health practices and his concepts for building health systems.It distills his insights into key principles:the government’s leading role in constructing public health systems,a human-centric approach,and implementing health initiatives grounded in national conditions.
