摘　　要：陈志潜先生既是中国近现代倡导公共卫生思想的先驱,也是中国社区医学的奠基人。通过研读《中国农村之医学——我的记述》一书,可以发现他参与设计和实施的定县实验是中国农村传播现代医学最佳途径的开端;他提出要解决现代医学知识在低收入社区中运用的滞后,让农民参与到改善自身健康状况的运动中来,在我国医生中传递以社区为导向的思想。投身民生,照护人民生命健康;教化民众,推行现代医学实践;服务乡村,创行中国健康范式;协同各界,构建农村卫生体系。Zhiqian Chen is the founder of China’s modern rural medical and healthcare system and Chinese Community Medicine.By researching the book Medicine in Rural China:A Personal Account,it The Dingxian experiment in which he participated in the design and implementation marks the beginning of the explore for the best way to spread modern medicine among the rural people of China.He proposed to address the lag between modern medical and its use in low-income communities,engage rural people in the movement to improve their own health,and pass on community-oriented approaches among the next generation of doctors in China.He devoted himself to people’s livelihoods and health,promoted health education and modern medical practice,served the countryside and enacted the China Health Paradigm,and brought together resources and sectors to pioneer a rural medical and healthcare system.
