摘　　要：我国高度重视7岁以下儿童保健工作,儿童保健服务内容与时俱进,形成了市级妇幼保健机构为龙头、县(区)级妇幼保健机构为枢纽、社区卫生服务中心/乡镇卫生院为网底、市级综合医疗机构和相关科研教学机构为技术补充的妇幼保健三级服务网络。我国7岁以下儿童保健服务利用水平与其他国家相似,呈现户籍人口高于非户籍人口、城市人口高于农村人口的特点。我国7岁以下儿童保健服务机构设置多元、服务水平不一,对于儿童近视、肥胖、龋齿等常见病管理已探索出新的方式方法。新时期提高儿童保健服务水平的重点是持续增强基层医疗卫生机构儿童保健服务的硬件设施和人力资源水平,持续提高家庭医生的服务质量。China attaches great importance to the health care of children under the age of 7,and the content of child health care services keeps pace with the times,a three-level network of maternal and child health services has been formed,with municipal-level maternal and child health-care institutions serving as the head,county(district)-level maternal and child health-care institutions as the hub,community health service centres/township health centres as the bottom of the network,and municipal-level general medical institutions and relevant scientific research and teaching institutions as technical supplements.The utilization level of health care services for children under 7 years old in the country is similar to that of other countries,showing the characteristics that the registered population is higher than the non-registered population,the urban population is higher than the rural population.In China,there are many kinds of health care institutions for children under 7 years old with different service levels.New methods have been explored for the management of common diseases such as myopia,obesity and dental caries.In the new era,the key to improve the level of child health care services is to continuously enhance the hardware facilities and human resources of child health care services in primary health care institutions,and to continuously improve the service quality of contracted family doctors.
