双圆钢管混凝土复合构件抗弯性能试验研究与分析

摘  要:为研究双钢管混凝土复合构件的截面抗弯性能,开展了双圆钢管混凝复合(CFDST)构件在弯曲荷载作用下的试验和数值分析研究。首先进行7个双圆钢管混凝复合柱的受弯试验研究(包括5个CFDST试件以及1个常规CFST试件和1个DCFST试件),主要考虑了混凝土抗压强度、钢管厚度和直径比对其抗弯性能的影响,分析了CFDST受弯失效模式、弯矩-曲率曲线、CFDST的挠度曲线以及截面纵向应变的分布。其次针对CFDST构件开展了非线性数值模拟分析,基于试验极限强度和失效模式验证后,进一步进行了主要参数的影响规律分析。研究结果表明:在弯曲荷载下CFDST构件表现出更好的延性行为,外管的面积对构件的抗弯承载力影响最大,混凝土的强度影响最小;在弯曲荷载作用下,相对于传统的钢管混凝土构件,CFDST构件的极限强度和延性有显著的提高,但与DCFST构件相比,CFDST构件的极限强度和延性的提高很小。To study the flexural behavior of concrete filled double steel tubular(CFDST)composite columns,experimental and numerical studies and analysis of CFDST members under bending loads are carried out.Firstly,flexural test studies are conducted on seven composite columns(including five CFDST specimens,one conventional CFST specimen and one DCFST specimen),mainly considering the impact of concrete compressive strength,steel tube thickness,and diameter ratio on their flexural performance.The flexural failure modes,bending moment-curvature of CFDST,deflection curve of CFDST,and distribution of longitudinal strain on the section are analyzed.Secondly,nonlinear numerical simulation analysis is carried out for CFDST components.After verification based on experimental ultimate strength and failure mode,further impact analysis of main parameters is conducted.The results show that CFDST members exhibit better ductile behavior under bending loads,with the area of the outer tube having the greatest impact on the flexural capacity of the member,and the strength of the concrete having the smallest impact;Under bending loads,the ultimate strength and ductility of CFDST members have significantly improved compared to traditional concrete filled steel tubular members,but compared to DCFST members,the improvement in ultimate strength and ductility of CFDST members is very small.
