摘　　要：目的:探讨医护患King达标理论融合StMarys集束化干预模式在脑卒中气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2020年8月—2022年2月商丘市第一人民医院收治的130例脑卒中气管切开患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用医护患King达标理论融合StMarys集束化护理干预模式。干预后,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及患者护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:医护患King达标理论融合StMarys集束化干预模式有助于改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度。ObjectiveTo exploring the application effect of doctors-nurses-patients theory of goal attainment combined with StMarys cluster intervention mode in patients with tracheotomy after stroke.MethodsUsing convenient sampling method,a total of 130 stroke patients with tracheostomy who were admitted to Shangqiu First People's Hospital from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group applied doctors-nurses-patients theory of goal attainment combined with StMarys cluster nursing intervention mode on the basis of the control group.After intervention,scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and patient nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe doctors-nurses-patients theory of goal attainment combined with StMarys cluster intervention mode can help improve the psychological state of patients and increase nursing satisfaction.
