摘  要:培育一支有理想、业务强、能做事的多元化青年科技期刊编辑队伍是实现中国科技期刊高质量发展,建成世界一流科技期刊方针宏伟目标的重要保障。上海市科技期刊学会青年工作委员会通过举办学术沙龙、创新论坛,设立科研项目、人才项目,提供风采展示等,形成了“五位一体”闭环式科技期刊青年编辑培养策略,并打造了“海上青编”品牌,建立了“海上青编”人才库,提升了青年编辑的荣誉感和获得感,挖掘和培育了一批优秀的骨干青年编辑,为上海市科技期刊繁荣发展提供人才储备与支撑。Cultivating a diversified youth editor team filling with ideals,skills,competent for STM periodicals is very important for high⁃quality development of STM periodicals,and achieving the goal of world⁃class STM periodicals in China.By organizing academic salons,holding innovation forums,establishing scientific research projects,setting up talent awards,and providing a platform for displaying talent and charm,etc.,the Youth Working Committee of Shanghai Society for Scientific and Technical Periodicals has formed a“five⁃in⁃one”closed⁃loop training proposal for young editors of STM periodicals,created the brand of“HAISHANG Young Editors”,and established a talent database of“HAISHANG Young Editors”,which enhanced the sense of honor and fulfillment of young STM editors,and explored and cultivated a number of excellent young editors,providing talent support for the prosperous development of STM periodicals in Shanghai.
