摘 要:本文立足人力资源服务业创新发展的现实需要,运用文本分析、专家咨询等方法,研究了我国人力资源服务业统计的发展现状。研究发现,国家统计、部门统计均设定了人力资源服务业的统计指标,一些地方统计也结合本地实践开展了人力资源服务业的统计探索。同时,促进人力资源服务业跨界和创新发展、提升发展质量以及完善统计工作相关要求是当前人力资源服务业统计需要解决的主要问题。因此,要进一步完善和动态调整国家统计、部门统计的相关内容,合理补充增加值、税金缴纳等统计指标。Based on the realistic needs of innovation and development of human resource service industry,this paper studies the current statistics of China's human resource service industry using text analysis,expert consultation and other methods.It is found that national statistics and statistics of social sectors have set statistical indicators for human resource service industry,and some local statistics have also carried out statistical exploration of human resource service industry in combination with local practice.In addition,the analysis shows that the crossborder and innovative development of human resource service industry,the improvement of development quality and the related requirements of statistical work are the main issues that need to be addressed in the current statistics.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve and dynamically adjust the relevant contents of national statistics and statistics of social sectors,and reasonably supplement statistical indicators such as the value added of the industry and payment of taxes.
