叙事护理在达菲林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟患儿中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨叙事护理在达菲林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年9月南昌市人民医院收治的86例ICPP患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿采用叙事护理,持续护理3个月,并随访观察6个月。对比两组患儿心理行为状况、治疗依从性、生长指标。结果:护理后,观察组患儿焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁自评量表(DSRCS)、艾氏儿童外显行为量表评分均低于对照组,治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.108、4.474、6.642,χ^(2)=5.108;P<0.05);随访6个月后,观察组患儿预测成年后身高、骨龄水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.296、4.404,P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理在达菲林治疗ICPP患儿中的应用效果良好,能改善患儿心理行为状况,提高治疗依从性,维持正常生长发育。Objective:To explore the application effect of narrative nursing in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP)in children with Dafirin.Methods:86 children with ICPP admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received narrative care,which lasted for 3 months and was followed up for 6 months.The psychological and behavioral status,treatment compliance,and growth indicators of the two groups of children were compared.Results:The scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Disorder Scale(SCARED),Self Rating Depression Scale(DSRCS),and Ehrlich Children’s Explicit Behavior Scale in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the treatment compliance rate was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=6.108,4.474,6.642;χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05).After 6-month follow-up,predicted higher heights and bone age levels in adulthood the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.296,4.404;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of narrative nursing in the treatment of ICPP children with Dafirin has good effect.It can improve the psychological and behavioral status of the children,improve treatment compliance,and maintain normal growth and development.
